It's that time of year when it starts to get colder and the winter sniffles abound.

Luckily all the winter vegetables are perfect for boosting your immune system. Blend them up and knock them back each day with this Mean Green Juice.


1 cucumber

4 celery sticks

2 apples, cored

6-8 kales leaves

1/2 lemon (rind removed)

1 tablespoon fresh ginger


Wash vegetables thoroughly. Run through the juicer. Serve over ice.
